Shipping & Returns
Please note during Covid-19 pandemic all couriers are taking longer to deliver, so your patience and understanding is appreciated, and please remember holidays and weekends do not count towards the promised transit time.
In the cart you will be able to select shipping options. Please note we do not make profit on shipping and we will charge only our costs, as we increase volumes with a particular courier or service, we may obtain better pricing in which case we will pass on those savings to you.
The shipping transit time does not include our processing time, which normally is next business day, however at busy times it can be longer.
For tights, we take returns within 30 days from delivery. Please contact us to arrange a return, entering your order number and the item you wish to return. If you return without authorization we may not be able to trace your return. we can replace or refund cost of the item.
PLEASE NOTE DUE TO HYGIENE AND SAFETY REASONS MASKS CANNOT BE RETURNED.
If there is an issue, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try and resolve. However, please note we cannot re-sell any returns, they have to be destroyed, and we did not build a contingency for return and destroy into our not for profit pricing. Please make sure you read all details on the product pages before you buy, and if you are still unsure then please contact us to discuss. We cannot make any exceptions to the no-return policy.
